Terms of Service
By purchasing and accessing the ArabiJuba course, you agree to these Terms of Service. All prices on the ArabiJuba website and checkout are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion may apply depending on your payment provider.
Course access
- 6 months of access to the course materials from the date of purchase
- A personal, non-transferable licence for individual use only
- Access to updates and improvements made during your access period
Refunds
Refund requests may be made within 7 days of purchase by contacting hello@arabijuba.com. After 7 days, all sales are final unless required otherwise by law.
The Vocabulary Reference PDF is included as part of the course bundle and has an assigned standalone value of $9 USD for refund calculations if accessed.
Because this is a digital product with immediate access, change-of-mind refunds are only available within 7 days and only if no more than 3 lessons have been accessed.
If the included Vocabulary Reference has been downloaded, unlocked, or accessed, its $9 USD standalone value will be deducted from any change-of-mind refund.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Copyright
All course content, including text, audio, images, PDFs, exercises, and lesson materials, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
